LIZ LIPPIATT is an innovative designer printer using new & challenging technical developments to produce luxurious silk and velvet devore
scarves, cashmere stoles and wraps - also, cutting edge velvets with latex prints, devore velvet jewellery bags, lavender nosegays, feather scrunchies, classic and contemporary cushions.
The fashion business has been the main outlet for Liz's work since she graduated at Cheltenham with a first class degree in Fashion/Textiles. With
her knowledge of the fashion trade Liz has a clear advantage when working on specialist designs for lengths of cloth for the couture business; she has worked with well-known designers producing garments for Royalty,
Music Stars & Shows for Couture.
For the last five years there has been great demand for her wholesale range of fashion accessories, gift items and cushions and she has supplied
John Lewis, Liberties and Harrods in this country as well as famous department stores such as Saks 5th Avenue in New York, Harrari in Los Angeles, Seibu in Hong Kong, and others in Finland, Sweden, Switzerland,
Germany, and France. Many small shops and Art Galleries take her work all over England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.
Technical skills have always been a priority since Liz manages all her own production and she has been a member of the Gloucestershire Guild of
Craftsmen since 1980. This is a carefully selected group of artists and craftsmen striving to maintain the traditions of the original Arts and Crafts Movement established in the Cotswolds at the turn of the Century.
Liz's products are all designed, printed and hand finished in studios in Gloucestershire. In today's modern world they combine exciting design with
high quality craftsmanship and the advantage of 'Made in Great Britain'.
